Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media platform; keeping on top of the blog, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and etc.
  • Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc.
  • Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered.
  • Work closely with the company’s client.
  • Respond and react to changes within social networks- functionally, etiquette, reporting and etc.
  • Assist the sales and project team for project deliverable related matters.
  • Servicing client account, attend the client inquiries and liaison with customer and supplier for project accomplishment.
  • Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
  • Ensure project deliverable complete in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a proper filing system and update HOD the project status regularly.

  • Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc. ‘Think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interaction etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and take minutes of meetings any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you by management from time to time.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
  • Implementing SEO best practices.
  • Direct engagement to cold leads.
  • To generate & innovate and execute marketing platform and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing / E-Commerce / Business Study
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Content.
  • Marketing Familiar with computer software such as Outlook, MS Office, and social media tools.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Write quality, effective content to engage corporate target audiences across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, microsites, websites and others.
  • Create short and long-form copy across diverse digital formats: social media, blogs, whitepapers, info graphics, videos, email, websites and plus the occasional offline work.
  • Actively collaborate with freelance designers to produce marketing assets Research, plan & write on topics surrounding supply chains, consumer & retail industries, digitalization and enterprise technologies keep updated with the current trends in the market & industries listed above to produce up-to-date contents.
  • Execute creative content in a consistent brand tone of voice that is aligned with the company & product respectively.
  • Interview & work with existing users to come up with effective case study write ups in various forms.
  • Conceptualize storyboards and writing scripts for video content (if any)
  • Generate ideas and participate in brainstorming for websites, campaigns, social media content and creative development.
  • Deliver copywriting in line with content calendars and campaign deadlines.

  • Update social media, website posting, and advertisement by developing and create or edit visuals, photos, videos, and interactive elements for social media, websites, and online/ digital ads.
  • Work closely with the marketing to contribute to branding identity development, graphic & advertising design as well as refining the creative concepts for the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Any other marketing tasks assigned by the management.
  • To undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
